About this movie

Experience Academy Award®-winning director Peter Jackson’s Middle-earth trilogies from beginning to end. This collection includes all six Middle-earth films in their theatrical versions.
The Hobbit Trilogy - Bilbo Baggins is swept up into an epic quest to reclaim the lost Dwarf Kingdom of Erebor from the fearsome dragon Smaug, in the company of thirteen dwarves and the wizard Gandalf the Grey. Along the way, the adventurers encounter trolls, orcs, goblins and the mysterious Gollum.
The Lord of the Rings Trilogy - The Trilogy tells a story of a meek hobbit of The Shire and eight companions setting out on a journey to Mount Doom to destroy the One Ring and the dark lord Sauron.

I already own Return of the King (extended edition) but would like to purchase this bundle. However, I do not want to pay for this same movie twice on Google Play. I tried to get a refund or credit for it before I buy the bundle, but could not. I saw that this used to be an issue with single TV episodes when people later decided to buy seasons but Google changed their policy to solve this issue for TV but not movies. Could Google find a way to address this problem for movies as well? I would buy this bundle if I didn't have to buy a movie I already own again. Thanks

EXTENDED BUNDLE VERSION Consider this before buying. Locks up and can't play in HD. Keeps saying error 1010. Wasted half a day trying to figure out what was wrong with my tablet. Got bored and watched Deadpool, The Martian, Suicide Squad in HD and realized the bundle is the problem. I love the movies but why buy them when you can't watch them?

The movies are great but Google is back with acting all shady with their free upgrades to 4k. All of the movies in this bundle have been updated to 4k, yet Google refuses to upgrade mine because the Bundle is not released in 4k? Which is not only absurd but also contrary to every other service on the planet, apple upgraded every movie for the people who purchased this bundle for free and 5 days ago. Shameful to say the least.
