I've waited a decade to see Kristen Stewart naked and it finally happened. Lesbian life goal achieved. In all seriousness, however, this movie was excellent. It wasn't a "horror" or "thriller" movie. It was more like a biopic about a theory on Lizzie Borden's life and the death of her father and stepmother. It was genuinely suspenseful in that, as a woman and a queer woman, watching many of the things take place in this movie made my heart rate accelerate and brought me to tears.

Interesting perspective of Lizzie Borden’s life as a middle age single woman; her position in society, her everyday life and interactions. There is a focus on micro expressions in the film, a factor which heightens the tension leading up to and after, the murder of her parents.

Really really really boring! I actually fell asleep watching this in theaters. And I wasn't even tired when I was watching it. The movie shot OK and the plot is OK ( It's based on a true story so it would be kind of hard to screw that up ) Just watch the Christina Ricci Mini serious. It's WAY better than this one. P.S. how does Christian Stewart keep getting work? She's terrible in everything!!!
