About this movie

Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.

Ignore the critics and don't jump on the bandwagon of hate that this movie is getting. The cgi actually looks good most of the time despite the large amounts of it. The exception is superman's upper lip. I understand that the actor could not shave his mustache but there are a few shots where it just looks horrible and like he has no lip. It was very distracting and it took me out of the movie. The villain is also the worst part of an otherwise pretty good movie. He just shows up and does "bad guy things." They try to give him an interesting backstory but he still feels like a plot device. The movie also felt very rushed and it feels like something is missing at a few points but it does not effect the movie too much and its only a minor annoyance. Also it might just be me but there were several scenes where sound mixing was horrible and I could not hear what the characters where saying over the sound effects. I also feel that its a little strange compared to the other movies slightly darker in tone. The strongest part of the movie by far is the heroes themselves. The personalities are mostly interesting. The chemistry between them also feels real most of the time. Ultimately, the movie is decent and entertaining and its cool to see the heroes finally put on the big screen and in live action. Also as a side note one of the end credit scenes sets up (spoilers) Slade Wilson and I hope we get to see him in a future movie.

I give justice league 4 stars not because of it's story but because of the connection between the heros and for them finishing Supermans story in an epic fashion. Despite what many have said I have loved the DCEUs Superman ever since Man of Steel came out and the story they were trying to tell. Definitely a unique take on Superman. Seeing him in his bright colors and smiling self at the end made the previous movies trials and tribulations only more meaningful and powerful to me. Henry Cavill is the best Superman since Christopher Reeve. the way they brought these heros together is great and fun to watch. Someone else review was accurate when they mentioned that if you're a DC fan you will definitely find enjoyment of some sort in Justice League. Steppenwolf was a weak villian for me and I'm not a big fan of Afflecks Batman however he still gives a serviceable performance. Wonder Woman shines again and the flash is a great surprise. It's a weak plot but it has it's moments. Definitely entertaining. I'd recommend to any DC comics die hard.

Worst. Plot. Ever. 99.99% of the film was an intense build up to what I assumed would be some fantastic finish and it turned out to be one long soap opera between the Justice League on whether or not reviving Superman would be a good idea. Yeah; even under the circumstances they were in if you can believe it. Serves me right for thinking that way. After that; the rest of the movie could pretty much be fit a 30 minute animated short of cheesy fights; one liners and a race between a kryptonian in blue and a human in red. I am royally disappointed in this film and am glad I did not follow my desire to purchase to add to my (very short) collection of films on Google Play. Logan and B.v.S. Dawn of Justice. Save for the bonus scene at the end Lex Luthor hinting at a League vs. League sequel that is peaking my interest; I'd say this movie was a waste of time for me to even watch. Thanks Lex.
