Soulless, lack of worthwhile character development, nonsensical portrayal of its characters due to that lack of development. Horrifically bad casting in the form of Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor. That could not have been more wrong… well maybe it could have. But Luthor’s portrayal was astonishingly bad. As was that of Jimmy Olsen. What was the point of Olsen’s character anyway? You bring him in only to immediately remove him from the story without giving the audience time to build any rapport with him. The only bright spot in this movie was Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman. Everything else was dreck. The extended version does nothing to improve the movie in any significant way

This movie was HORRID! The studio could have taken the storyline as written, and extended it across 2-3 full-length movies and it would have been epic. Instead, as they are wont to do with tye DCEU franchise, way too much was crammed into as short of a length of time possible. As such, every aspect of this movie was neglected . . . The most painful part of the entire movie was Doomsday. The CB battle was drawn out, epic in scale and left you uncertain of the future . . . instead of rubbish.

I want those three hours of my life back. Only Gal Gadot's Wonder Woman was of any interest in this film. The editing, the filmography...especially the script and casting are all terrible. If you've ever seen Manos: Hands of Fate, then you know what to expect from this pile of trash. A terribly edited movie with awful pacing and confusing transition populated by actors that are woefully inadequate for the task of trying to elevate the substandard script into something intelligible or enjoyable.
