Drawing comics is hard work, as high school boy and shoujo manga-ka Umetarou Nozaki and his motley crew of friends-turned-assistants know well. Unfortunately for Nozaki and the gang, that never happens. Not when some of Nozaki’s classmates invite Sakura over to his house “for the first time.” Not when Nozaki and Ryousuke chat at a café, and certainly not when Mikoshiba tries to learn judo from Mayu.
