This book was recommended to me by an orthopedic and it's amazing on guiding me on how to manage and achieve full plantar fasciitis recovery. It's been really helpful since it also involves managing pains and making sure take the proper actions to make sure it doesn't get worse. Also, i find the preventive measures very helpful since after healing you are going to need to heed to them to avoid flair up. This book has helped me in getting rid of a long-term pain.

Unfortunately not what I was looking for in terms of strengthening exercises for prevention of plantar fasciitis once inflammation subsides. I have supportive shoes/orthotics, do stretching exercises, ice, get regular massage treatment all of which definitely helps but I need help with prevention and strengthening relevant foot muscles etc to avoid plantar fascitiis.
