It seemed to start off rather slow, but gradually picked up speed and steam. It had me hanging on to see what was going to confront him next. Was glad of the ending in most all the ways, but would have liked Duffy and Reacher to have had a little more time awake together. I really love the way you write your love scenes. Thank you for not Being so descriptive and using rough, vulgar language. Thank you and can't hardly wait to start another Reacher/ Lee Child book. 💕💕💕💕

**Possible Spoiler Alert** I really enjoy all of Mr. Child's books. They are great, suspenseful reads. The only issue I have with this book is the part regarding the fake bullets and special effects. Mr. Child really missed the mark on that one. The issue is Jack being able to activate the effects. No one, on this planet, can bend their wrist enough to touch their own forearm. Especially the one closest to his elbow! That one part annoyed the H*LL out of me. If I misunderstood that part, I apologize.

First Reacher novel written in the first person, if I recall correctly. The first 6 were excellent, but I like the new perspective, the flashbacks weave well in the story and keep you on the edge. More lost sleep as usual as I can't stop reading. I'm looking forward to cracking the spine on the 8th Reacher work tomorrow! This will make a really good movie.
