I had a speaking engagement the other evening (I’m a novice) with about 80 persons in the audience. The Topic was on “Taking a vacation from Stress". I read this book the night after this speaking engagement and found it to be very good advice. It is short sweet and to the point and very quick reading. I was able to clearly see my strengths and weaknesses and know that the next time I give a speaking engagement I will be a little bit better. His advice on use of electronics, and preparation are sound advice. He completes the gaps of a beginning to intermediate speaker. His book was good enough that I just ordered another more advanced book from this author.
