This guide adds in some mistakes in his leadership as a captain and gives new examples of his guiding principles from the business world. I listened to the first book as an audiobook and read this one, his narration is so good that you should consider the audiobooks if you can get them at a comarable price. Either way there is much to be gleaned from this leader.

Captain D. Michael Abrashoff is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD, and was a military assistant to the former secretary of defense, the Honorable Dr. William J. Perry.
