Liked the fact that there are'nt any over exaggerated examples. No matter how much we read about surfing , we actually learn it when we practice the same and unfortunately or fortunately the same applies to business .

I enjoyed reading this condensed, summarized version of the book. It has some great principles that should definitely be at the front of conversations each day within business meetings and be constantly reviewed.
