l have been reading this book for years now, and l don't think that l will stop. Working with the affirmations really does help. lf you find they don't work for you, just persevere. like learning to read, or ride a bicycle etc, we find it hard at first. lf we want to perfect a skill we keep on practicing until it becomes so easy that we can do it without even thinking. The same goes for affirmations or prayers. l know this from experience. We may not get everything we want, as we are only given what is best for us. 🌹

the book overall was very good. when it referenced the Bible. However some of the examples made me skeptical.
