I felt like it was just a mash of words put together about the difference between being loanly & alone, no contant was helpful or logically strong arguments. I am not setisfied with the knowledge o gathered and there was no logical solution to the problem. This book will not have any impact on my life and i would not recommend it to my friends & family.

Small and simple Thoughts , taking care of our thoughts will make us alone or lonely .
