The President Is Missing confronts a threat so huge that it jeopardizes not just Pennsylvania Avenue and Wall Street, but all of America. Uncertainty and fear grip the nation. There are whispers of cyberterror and espionage and a traitor in the Cabinet. Even the President himself becomes a suspect, and then he disappears from public view . . .
Set over the course of three days, The President Is Missing sheds a stunning light upon the inner workings and vulnerabilities of our nation. Filled with information that only a former commander in chief could know, this is the most authentic, terrifying novel to come along in many years.

This book signifies one of the most major problems, if not the most single problem in the U.S. today! And what a great author to write this, considering Patterson has made multi-millions writing fictional stories about thieves, sexual deviation, murder, star serial killers, and oh yeah, the violent police officers and various detectives in the United States. Patterson must have been obvious choice, seeing how the Clinton's and the Clinton Foundation have been tied in, involved or accused (accused from overwhelming evidence) to most of the crimes I indicated above. Do your homework Clinton followers. Do the research and stop being media-fed believers and followers! Steven M. Chicago, I'll.

I was engaged at the beginning of the book, but they fudged some of the technical details in order to make it fit the narrative. That was clumsy and they lost suspension of disbelief. The ending was weak, and finished with a political screed that I just didn't bother to read.

Overdone, repetious, plot not very credible. Could have been two hundred pages less. A young woman who is a nobody creates a virus that attacks all the computers in the U S and the brightest minds can't fix it. What a plot
