I highly disliked this book. It was very boring from the start. As soon as I started I wanted to be done. I have never read a book so religiously tied to a positive mental attitude. Even though it was boring from the start I kept reading. The book did not make me more positive, in fact I think it made me more negative. Whenever something positive happend I would think on how it was terrible and I have made it into a nasty habit. I would not recommend this book to anyone that is already a little bit negative because it will make you have negative habits.

Thought the book is filled with great stories and great insites into making each day positive.

I just know if I apply these methods I can achieve my wildest dreams.
