If you have the intelligence to follow along this is a almost direct translation of the Sumerian documentation of the beginning of the solar system, Our species, and many other of life's major questions. Its a mix of translations from what they called the The Eden. Over 30 thousand cuneiform tablots and granite steilahs found are the source or the translation. Though it leaves out many details of the original cuneiform text its detailed enough to expose the bibles origins.

I definitely think Sitchen was on to some really deep truths in this book and I just read some of his books during last six years so this book was very enlightening and the Elohim I think are not quite the same thing as Annunaki so I disagree with him on that point but a awesome read nonetheless..he offers so much historical and mythological information but his ancient alien beliefs i still dont totally believe but he had to be on to something

Interesting concept, but I have seriously lost the plot number of times. It is like a chaos of names and it is hard to figure out who is who, what they do and why they are others and then back themselves. Very pushed concept.

About the author

Zecharia Sitchin (1920-2010) was born in Russia and grew up in Palestine, where he acquired a profound knowledge of modern and ancient Hebrew, other Semitic and European languages, the Old Testament, and the history and archaeology of the Near East. A graduate of the University of London with a degree in economic history, he worked as a journalist and editor for many years prior to undertaking his life’s work--The Earth Chronicles.

One of the few scholars able to read the clay tablets and interpret ancient Sumerian and Akkadian, Sitchin based The Earth Chronicles series on the texts and pictorial evidence recorded by the ancient civilizations of the Near East. His books have been widely translated, reprinted in paperback editions, converted to Braille for the blind, and featured on radio and television programs.
