About the author

Will Bulsiewicz, M.D., MSCI, is a board-certified, award-winning gastroenterologist and the New York Times bestselling author of Fiber Fueled. He’s a graduate of Georgetown University School of Medicine and was chief medical resident at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and chief gastroenterology fellow at the University of North Carolina Hospitals. Bulsiewicz authored more than twenty articles in the top American gastroenterology journals and has been featured in Shape, Women’s Health, and Men’s Health, and on HuffPost. He lives in Charleston, South Carolina, with his wife and three children.


Alexandra Caspero, M.A., R.D., RYT, is a registered dietitian nutritionist with more than ten years’ experience counseling on plant-based diets and sports nutrition.
