Irresistible Attraction is a collection of the three-book series and includes A Single Glance, A Single Kiss and A Single Touch which are all spinoffs of the Merciless Series. This book is set in the Merciless world and is the story and Jase Cross and Bethany. We met Jase in his brother Carter's books and now we get to see much much more of him. Betheny has just lost her sister and is looking for answers. Unfortunately, those answers put her in the path of Jase Cross. Jase doesn't want Bethany poking around and does something about it, only he cannot deny how much he wants the feisty, angry, sad woman. Which sets up for a dark and steamy relationship. This book has scenes that should make anyone uncomfortable because in real life there would be nothing good about holding a woman captive and having your way with her, but Jase and Bethany are just so wrong in such the right way. A Single Touch: Jase Cross is a man on a mission and finds peace in the arms of Bethany. Unfortunately, Jase holds a few secrets close to his heart. Bethany's anger escalates when she learns Jase is hiding truths from her. To get their happy ever after they must trust and believe in each other. Impressive well-written reads with credible engaging characters. Jase and Bethany's chemistry is convincing; loved them together. Though Jase has an alpha persona, he does sport an affectionate side. I am glad Beth and Jase get to have a happy forever. Finding these stories gratifying reads, I voluntarily reviewed a pre-release copy.
