Tbh, I went into this one spiteful because I loved the 1st book so much I thought this one was gonna be drastically different. I fell in love with it so much harder than the 1st book in the end. amazing characters, beautiful story telling. it's insightful and exciting. moist sometimes 😉

Travis Baldree is two for two. In an increasingly awful world, sometimes you need something just overwhelmingly wholesome and good, something that lets you keep the world at bay, if only for a little while. You'll find that in this book.

Well I don't think I've ever left a book review before and I have read and loved a lot of books. This was something special. I enjoyed it more than the first book. Now what do I do with myself?

About the author

Travis Baldree is a full-time audiobook narrator who has lent his voice to hundreds of stories. Before that, he spent decades designing and building video games like Torchlight, Rebel Galaxy, and Fate. Apparently, he now also writes books. He lives in the Pacific Northwest with his very patient family and their small, nervous dog.
