Great book for everyone not just business leaders. We need to change the culture and the only way is for each of us to understand why we exist and to live loving God and each person He puts in our path.

This book has impacted me more than any other book I have ever read. I think it should be read by every human being. Even if you are a parent you are in a leadership roll.
