If you look at Terry Brooks reviews they are all 4 and 5 stars always. Most people don't know that for the last 15yrs, he has tied all his books into one mega story. So if you either start in chronological order or with his fist book" Sword of Shannara" it doesn't matter. Just starting the journey is what counts. You will not be sorry. Plus the story is just about over for good. He is ending it soon.

The druids order is restored. This trilogy puts you through the struggles of this quest and what waits at the end might just make you cry. Truely epic in scale as always.

Been following Terry Brooks since The Sword of Shannara back in the early 90s. The hardest part of reading Mr. Brooks'trilogies is the waiting for the next novel to to come out. He is truly one of the great masters of the cliffhanger.
