very sad but heart warming story wish there was more people like you mr o'neil that want more drom social services then prehaps being in "care" wouldnt be so bad..

This is an autobiography written in the memory of the Dennis O'Neill. These children were placed in foster care where they were miserably failed. The only good thing that came from their agonizing plight was the laws were enacted so others wouldn't have to endure the same thing. Rest In Peace Dennis O'Neill as your death helps others not to be forgotten.

Had tears rolling down my face reading this book.but I couldn't put it down. It was a really good book!!

About the author

Terence O’Neill is now 74 years old, and married with children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. After his time at the Goughs, Terence remained in the care of the local authorities until he was 18. He then joined the Army for several years, before retiring out. He now lives, surrounded by his family, in South Wales.
