Ratings and reviews

Serve 'N' Protect is an enjoyable story. That although slow to draw me in did soon catch my attention thanks to characters who had plenty about them and were likable too. Not to mention a mystery that was easy to read and one I didn't really have to think hard about and it helped that Markus' K-9 Ghost was completely page grabbing. As for the romance it was balanced well with the two mysteries and overall this was a very pleasant readable story that fans of the series I'm sure will enjoy. **I was kindly provided with an ARC via Entangled Publishing in exchange for an honest review**

It took me a few days to finish as it just didn't grab me. Markus doesn't hide too well with a distinctive huge white dog.

Wow, buckle up readers, it's a wild ride! Serve 'N' Protect is an action-packed romantic suspense by Tee O'Fallon. Ms. O'Fallon has provided readers with a well-written book populated with a phenomenal cast of characters. Cassidy is a self-employed CPA after an accident made it hard for her to get around. When her temporary new neighbor's dog raised enough ruckus to get her attention she went to investigate and found Markus in a pool of blood. Markus is keeping a low profile after his partner was murdered and he was stabbed in the back. Cassidy and Markus's story is packed with drama, humor, sizzle, action and suspense. This book kept me glued to my e-reader from cover to cover and I look forward to my next book by Tee O'Fallon. Serve 'N' Protect is book 5 of the Federal K-9 Series but can be read as a standalone. This is a complete book, not a cliff-hanger. I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book that I received from NetGalley. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Tee O’Fallon is the author of the K-9 Special Ops, Federal K-9, and NYPD Blue & Gold series. She spent twenty-three years as a federal agent conducting complex, long- and short-term criminal investigations, especially undercover operations, across many agencies at the federal level and multi-state investigations as a police investigator. It felt only natural to combine her hands-on experience in the field with her love of romantic suspense. She has lived in New York State most of her life with a five-year stop in Colorado. When not writing, she enjoys cooking, gardening, chocolate, lychee martinis, and kicking back with her Belgian sheepdogs, Loki and Kyrie.
