About the author

Teddy Boyce has been actively engaged in the engineering and management of live sound for nearly two decades, working with several choirs and ensembles in Canada’s Capital Region.

An important aspect of Boyce’s involvement in the area of live sound is the training of up-and-coming live sound engineers. Boyce has developed several courses on the various aspects of delivering live sound, and has given many seminars on the topic over the years.

Boyce obtained his Master of Science degree from the University of Ottawa, is a former lecturer at Carleton University, and is a member of the AES. Currently, Boyce is actively engaged in research and development of digital wireless technology in the data communications industry.
