Very unhappy about this. Reading the book in an online browser is uncomfortable. After paying for a book, you would expect that you are able to get a pdf file to read it offline. But no, you are forced to download Adobe Digital Editions, which only gives vague error messages. So, can I order the paper edition of the book instead? Also not, since the shipping costs are much higher than the cost of the book.
