About this ebook

Sri Ramakrishna's life is a life of spirituality in practice, a sublime sonnet with a singular note of God consciousness, a summary of all that the scriptures of the world have to say, and even much more. To contain such a boundless life and personality within a few pages is certainly as audacious a task as to attempt to contain the ocean in a pot. Yet this book published by Advaita Ashrama, a Publication House of Ramakrishna Math, Belur Math, humbly attempts to portray his life and personality in a clear and candid style.

Enjoyed the Book immensely, but not giving 5 🌟 rating as I feel that more sayings of the Satguruj should have been included.

After reading this book I can't express the joy I felt. In this consumerist era may be we won't be able to dedicate ourselves totally to the path shown by the Holy Master; but even if we can show at least 10% of that dedication expected out of us, we will be far superior as human beings and the world will be a far better place to live in.

If anyone feels that only his/her religion is the true religion let him/her read this book. It will certainly open his/her eyes to his/her own ignorance. Sri Ramakrishna was a rare soul that found God each time by practicing multiple religious teachings one at a time.
