Loved this sweet romance between long time friends Nissa and Desmond. Both have had feelings since Desmond took Nissa to her senior prom but has stayed away since his best friend is Nissa's brother. Nissa needed a place to stay for the summer when her summer house sitting job fell through. Desmond has offered Nissa to stay with him. Desmond is a very giving person but does not know how to give his heart to someone. Will it be too late for him and Nissa. I had a hard time putting this book down, Loved it. Desmond is such a giving person and was so happy when Nissa finally broke through to his heart. This is told in two voices. Once again Susan Mallery has captured my heart!!
