In all the disciplines of my walk with God, prayer with a direct purpose is the most difficult for me. Praise and thankfulness come easy, surprisingly its the petition that I struggle with. I know what I want to ask God for to be a blessing to my husband, but once I come to God in a quiet setting I've already forgotten all I planned to pray about. The direct and biblical prayers at the end of each chapter are a great starting place for all that has been weighing so heavily on my heart for my husband's sake. This is a must read for every praying wife.

He is far away and living somewhere else with those who dislike me & without Christ in their hearts & look at marriage as a peice of paper, he is speaking of laying with other women, separated our finances, and has no plan in his heart to come back. I now know how to pray for him and share my love even though he is not here with me. I thank the Lord for this book because it has given me the tools I need to pray for my husband who I love and honor my oath to God to him which will not falter even if he does.
