One of the best books I have found on the internet. It touches you right away. It is done in a poem style. It exactly let you know what you feel and how those feelings are illness. And through the act of communication that it can be mitigated. No one deserves to die through suicide. It is our responsibility to spread the literature of this kind to every sad and depressed person. We never they are at the bottom of the glass or on the edge of the wall ready to fall down.
