I liked this book as I started reading. It is a quick read with good, basic information. My problem came in chapter 3 where the author recommends the habits reach all your goals “stretch yourself and level up your performance.” I like the book and would recommend it.

Very quick read, very much to the point and provides a lot of great points and ways to improve. Nothing ground breaking or ahhh ha moments but all good information and suggestions.
