It looks like a great book BUT having lots of trouble actually reading it!!! Can't turn the pages, it is stuck on the contents page!!! Have closed and reopened, used page turning arrows and tried using the contents page hyperlinks. I wish there was an option to print! If I ever get to read it I'm sure I will enjoy it and learn a lot, looked good when I skimmed it whilst still functional.
