With such a long interlude from the last of the series it took a little to refamilureize to the story... the preamble was an excellent recap.... once I warmed up there was no putting down!

I have read the first two chronicles, and always hoped for a third. After years of waiting it is here, and it was above and beyond my expectations. It had me engaged in a way I haven't been in years. Seeing the scenes in my mind as I read, just shows how great an author mr. Donaldson is. Time for book two.

It's been a long wait since the "White Gold Wielder" But it was worth it fantastic story,if Hollywood has any common sense, this could rival "Lord of the Rings series.Bravo!!!!
