This is great book to read. I was so anxious to read this book and completed in 2 days. I feel my perception to different things got changed after reading this book. I would definitely recommend this book for someone who are looking to change their habits for good.

Is there a reason why I cant save this as a PDF. I can't open it in any application. It tells me there might be a problem with the coding. This is a workbook and I cant print it, or use in ton the computer because google books doesn't allow me to type.

3 stars solely because of the price and quality in literature. This book was not proof read after the editor and it's obvious by the most basic of spelling errors.
