This book was so helpful, especially after the sudden death of my sister. I had left Catholicism and headed toward Buddhism many years ago so when she died, I felt like I was floundering. I didn't really believe anything. This book allowed me to explore my beliefs about death without preaching or trying to push me in any direction. It's open minded yet practical approach to death and dying is amazingly helpful.
