Author Stephan Bodian has is obviously a regular meditator and understands and appreciates the incredible benefits of meditation. This book covers the important basics of meditation very nicely. Great job!

We just need to shut that big as. Computer inside our head each day long enough to do this thing called meditation. Literally visualize yourself walking over and unplugging the big plug in the wall just so you can get started. Hear it powering down as you take deep breath.
