This book is awesome. I had it in hard copy from Amazon. I wonder what did happen to it? Do I still have it ? (lol) I really enjoyed her other work, from her thesis, for her postdoctorate. I refer to the one about astrology and Gurdjieff's masterpiece (the first series of it)... I wonder if I still have this book or if my money is worthless in the world; since, it looks like Google Play Books is losing everything soon to Rome and Microsoft, it is also giving knowledge away again for free.
