As new parents we were overwhelmed with options and if you feel the same then stop searching and buy this book. It is perfect for the 'worriers' but also for the more relaxed parents as it is reassuring without ramming 'this is the right way' down your throat. You won't regret this purchase!

This is really useful for first time parents in the first few months as it answers a lot of questions you will have. However it becomes less useful as the week's go by, and talks a lot of controlled crying. It's OK.
