Her activity is focused on national and international commercial law, financial services, insurance and reinsurance, aviation and rail." Simona Grossi is Associate Professor of Law at Loyola Law School. Simona Grossi has practiced as litigator and trial lawyer for 6 years, and has specialized in civil procedure, comparative civil procedure, civil litigation and complex civil litigation. She has written extensively in the field of company proceedings on Le Societ?, one of the top Law Reviews in Italy.
