What made the original handbook so special and cool was that it wasn't just a boring guide that just repeats what any old online article would do. It contained fun little notes from the characters and had an entire last section completely dedicated to the studio itself and how it worked. If you're wanting more of that from this book and its Dark Revival expansion, you're all out of luck. No fun visuals, no cool little notes, but the same stuff from the games copied over and briefly talked about. About the quality to be expected from Scholastic. Just get the original.
