For people who are wondering where this take place in "the Devil the Part Timer" series, let me explain. Base off the first book, it takes a different path from the original first book, in this universe the Devil King, Maou and his General, Ashiya wasn't found by the police but instead the land lady and told Maou to join this high school. And after that the characters from the OG manga becomes students or members of the school board, like the manager from McD is now the teacher. Like the title says it just a spin-off and not to be taken seriously. Personally I like it, its a good read, it's nice to see the characters being put in a different scenario. If I had one nitpick, it would be that they gave Ashiya dog ears for some reason. But beside that it's a good read so far!
