Tanner (American Extreme Bull Riders Tour Book 1) by Sarah Mayberry This is Evie Forrester and Tanner Harding's story. Evie flies from Australia to surprise her boyfriend, Troy. Troy is competing in the American Extreme Bull Riders Tour. The surprise ends up being on Evie instead of Troy. Now, Evie is heartbroken and basically stranded. Tanner another bull rider comes to Evie's rescue. Then Evie ends up coming to his rescue. I really enjoyed Tanner and Evie's characters. This is a fun, sweet and steamy romance. FYI, contains mature content.  I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

This was a great start to the American Extreme Bull Riders series. Evie shows up unexpectedly to surprise her boyfriend, Troy, and has a very brutal eye-opening when she discovers that he really wasn't serious about her. Enter Tanner, who is such a good guy and gentleman he comes to the rescue when he sees Evie staying at a lousy motel in a bad part of town. Tanner is such a wonderful character. He was so caring and thoughtful, and very attracted to Evie but yet not wanting to take advantage of her. Evie came off as a bit naive and sheltered, although she is really book-smart. I love how they both ended up being there at the right time to save each other when it was needed, although they were both stubborn and tried to refuse the help. I really enjoyed this story. Tanner was my kind of hero.

Evie Forrester is shocked to learn the man she thought was for her was spending time with other women while on tour with the American Extreme Bull Riders. Lucky for her Bull rider Tanner Harding saves her from further humiliation only to find themselves sharing a room for the weekend. When Tanner is injured during a ride Evie decides to spend the rest of her American holiday taking care of him? I loved this story and i couldn't put it down. The main characters were written so i could help but fall in love with them. Amazing start to the series!

Sarah Mayberry is an Australian romance author. She grew up in Melbourne, Australia where she discovered romance novels through her grandmothers. After high school she earned a Bachellor of Arts degree in Professional Writing. Her first job was in journalism writing about hardware. From journalism she moved into corporate communications for a major retailer. launching a new consumer magazine for them. She finally ended up working in television on Australia's seriel drama Neighbours. This job taught her about character, story, structure and story telling. She went back to writing and became successful within a year and a half. Sarah also co-created a teen-drama series called Karoke high. She was nominated for a 2015 RITA Award in the category of Contempory Romance Mid-Length for her title Her Kind of Trouble. Her novel Anticipation won the 2015 Australian Romance Readers Awards for Favourite Erotic Romance.
