A wonderful start to a series of books that have definitely helped me to start getting my life in order. I personally like to listen to it when going on walks, because you can do a lot of the activities in your head. Which makes sense, because this book is all about decluttering your head and sorting out what you really need to and want to care about. I'm the type of person that tends to take on a lot of things to help others out. This book gave me the push I needed to realize that my time is valuable as well, and I've started taking steps to protect it without being seen as a jerk. I personally agree with a lot of the author's opinions, including the political ones, but even if you don't, there is undeniably a lot of helpful advice in here.

So sick of this vulgarity being shoved in my face everytime I open Play books. Having child controls on doesn't help. Maybe hating it will make it finally leave my feed. Cant seem to get rid of it any other way.
