I just finished this book last night and wow it was really powerful. The last two chapters really hit the most due to the fact she was put in a facility to help her. I work with mentally ill people in a hospital and I see people who were abused a lot

I read this book like 5 years ago, but it's such an incredible story I found myself reading again. My absolute favorite Sarah Dessen book. My heart really ached for Caitlin as she described all the pain she was enduring. No one should ever have to go through that. Glad she ended up getting the help she needed and far away from that monster. Amazing book definitely worth the read.

It's so easy to get sucked into this dark world.of teenage relationships & everything that can go wrong with them. Sarah Dessen has such a knack for making characters & situations seem real & relevant to today's world.

Sarah Dessen is the author of thirteen novels, which include the New York Times bestsellers The Moon and More, What Happened to Goodbye, Along for the Ride, Lock and Key, Just Listen, The Truth About Forever, and This Lullaby. Her first two books, That Summer and Someone Like You, were made into the movie How to Deal.
