The only review you will ever need - First of all, before you read this, check other reviews you can find on other websites. This had such potential but was ruined because the author clearly does not know how to make a proper ebook without including sensitive topics like SA, groom!ng, inc3st and more. I love anything related to wlw but I'm sitting this one out and basically has very bad rep. The same goes for the anime version of this, not even 5 minutes passed into the anime and there's already a lot going on (SA).

Don't listen to the negative review without even trying. It is perfectly fine for a work to contain sensitive topics. Just because the manga portrays these bad things does not mean it supports, romanticises, or encourages them. If literature is cowardly and doesn't dare to touch the darker things of the world, we wouldn't have classics like Dracula, Lolita and 1984. Now onto the actual review about "Citrus". "Citrus" is overall a decent read and I had a great experience. The story was quite well written, although the characters can be a bit inconsistent and the ending feels slightly rushed. However, the best part of Citrus is its art. The characters are all so beautifully drawn. Overall, this isn't pure fluff like many other romance stories, but give it a try if you like drama and appreciates good art.

Actually saw the anime last week, it was such an amazing story I had to actually get the manga! I don't usually go for yuri stories but this one just captured my imagination and took me for a really wild ride. I guess I'm going to get the whole thing now, so much for my manga budget for this year!
