Ok I will tell u why I'm was trying to find how i get my points but somehow I saw the book and I'm very into herbs.I have one oil that works great I had a knee replaced and the pain killers weren't helping so someone I know said try this oil.Im like whatever .not thinking it would work but I used all my bottle and still in nursing home.So after I buy this I can see what I can do.Sorry I got long winded there.lol

This book taught me a lot concerning different mushrooms and which ones to use for specific ailments. I am stocking Cordysin, lions mane, turkey tail and others for our family. Good book to have on hand.

I can't wait to make an herbal first aid kit and be able to help my friends, family, and myself with many ailments using herbs. The book is well written and instructions are easy to follow.
