The military grade microwave hearing technologies that have been weaponised by extremist from the middle east countries the device's and apps that were supposed to be helping are not! So if you hear of any mental health department make sure you do a well background check on the subject of BBCI (Brain to Brain computer interface with new morphic Chips that are on the wish list of every terrorist. This V2K ("voice of God""or"voice to skull") sends a reverberation frequency that only the target individuals or recruits can hear. And they extort the government funds from every angle any agency is being abuses and negative aftermath accounts for many years of college gone.
