Useful but reading it once may not be enough. The story is kinda boring especially how much emotions, scenery, and characters are being talked about. Tip: try to skip to save time. Action plans and figures are nice help. I started applying some of it myself and if someone can apply it closely it may change their life. However, you need a steel-forged will, patience and dedication. Happy Reading!

My wife and i read this book over the holidays as a way to connect and start off 2020 on a positive foot. Well its done more than that for us. We are proudly members of the 5am club and truly enjoy our mornings together and being ready each morning to excel in our careers and be positive role models for our 5 year old twins and 3 year old! Highly recommend reading this book, dont rush to the "answers", take your time, highlight quotes and enjoy your own transformation!

This book allowed me to do exactly what it promised to do...own my morning. The book doesn't lie: it allowed me to focus; to manage my time better; and even find time for a quick workout. These changes for me out of my mundane 9-5 and take on a career that forced me to change everything in order to make myself happier. The plotline dragged on in parts, but the message was clear. A must read.
