Great characters and interesting plot. The thing that intrigues one about the way the characters and their actions are written is that you feel that they are real people. You wish you were there with them. Can't wait for September 26th and the new one.

I'm an anglophile and have been a fan of J.K. since I was eleven. Despite those highly biased qualifiers, I love this seies. The character dynamics and the relationship between the two main protagonists are enough to make the books enthralling. The contemporary time and settings allow the reader to to feel (and in are heart of hearts hope) that these characters are real. Harkening back to Rowling's classic style of who-done-it, in which she is a master, these books will leave you obsessed. P.s. Strike the T.V. series on BBC is as amazing as the books.

As always, I find myself unable to put the book down. And yet, every time it takes too long for the next book, I'd go back and read the last again. The TV series are not doing the books justice. Read the books and you will enjoy the drama much more.

Robert Galbraith is the pseudonym used by J. K. Rowling, who was born on July 31, 1965 in Yate, Gloucestershire, England. She is the author of the Harry Potter series. She also wrote the Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, The Tales of Beedle the Bard, and The Casual Vacancy using her real name. She has won several awards over the years including British Book Awards for Outstanding Achievement, British Book of the Year for Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince, and the Hugo Award for best novel for Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. Under the name Robert Galbraith, she has since written The Cuckoo's Calling, The Silkworm, and Career of Evil which are part of the Cormoran Strike series.
