Percy Jackson is the best thing alive! I'm the biggest fan!! I've read every single book their is that Rick Riordan made! He's the only author I read. He made me fall in love with Greek mythology. I only read his books. If I have to read other authors' books it's probably because I forgot/lost one of Rick riordans book. I've read every book like 20 Times. I practically memorized it!

loved this book and all the books that Rick Riordan writes for both young and older readers. His ability to paint a picture and put you in it just blows my mind and keeps me captivated till the end every time.

Fantastic. The way Percy portrayed the characters was funny yet solid, and it was cool to see how the main series connected to the original myths. I will say it was a little cringey to me how Riordan tried to encapsulate a relatable personality for Percy, but that was only occasionally and is certainly subjective. Well done

Illustrator Info:

John Rocco (www.roccoart.com) studied illustration at Rhode Island School of Design and The School of Visual Arts. In addition to writing and illustrating several of his own picture books, including Blizzard and the Caldecott Honor-winning and New York Times best-selling Blackout, he has created all of the cover art for Rick Riordan's best-selling Percy Jackson, Kane Chronicles, and Heroes of Olympus series. He has also illustrated books by Whoopi Goldberg and Katherine Patterson, and he recently co-authored a novel, Swim That Rock, with Jay Primiano. Before becoming a full-time children's book creator, he worked as an art director on "Shrek" for Dreamworks, and for Disney Imagineering. He lives in Los Angeles.
