Richard Marinucci has been the Chief of the Farmington Hills Fire Department since 1984, USA. As Chief, he is responsible for the administration and management of the department which includes Emergency Medical Service (EMS), fire prevention, public fire safety education, training, emergency management, hazardous materials, and technical rescue.
