About the author
Riaz Esmailzadeh received his M.S. in electrical engineering from Sydney University, Australia and his Ph.D. in code division multiple access technology from Keio University, Yokohama, Japan.
Masao Nakagawa earned his M.S. and Ph.D at Keio University. Nakagawa is a professor in the department of electrical engineering at Keio University. He is a senior member of the IEEE and a fellow of the IEICE.
